Job Title: Registered Nurse - Progressive Care
Location: Childrens Hospital Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Description:
- Campus Location: Childrens Hospital Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus
- Position Title: CPCU RN Traveler
- Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
- Assignment Dates: February 17, 2026 - May 23, 2026
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM 7:15 AM
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- On-Call Requirement: None
- Float Requirement: None
- FLOAT: Client reserves the right to float or reassign personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such personnels individual assignment confirmation).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: BSN required
- Licensure/Certifications:
- BSN
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- Experience:
- Must have prior travel RN experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inpatient pediatric cardiology (ICU or intermediate care)
- Working knowledge of pediatric single ventricle (3-stage) care
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with pediatric VAD (Ventricular Assist Device)
Additional Information:
- No RTO approved during the first two weeks of assignment
- Medical and religious exemptions from the seasonal flu vaccine are allowed
- Completed exemption form must be submitted with the application
