Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM (Rotating Weekends)
Salary Range (Experience-Based):
$27.72 – $33.00/hr (up to 5 years)
$36.30/hr (10 years)
$39.60/hr (15+ years)
Shift Differentials:
Nights: +$3/hr
Weekends: +$2/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (case-by-case)
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Med-Tele Neuro Registered Nurse to join a dynamic team providing high-quality care in a fast-paced medical-surgical and telemetry environment. This role involves caring for patients who are acutely ill, recovering, or experiencing neurological conditions, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment: Collect comprehensive, accurate patient data and document findings.
Patient Advocacy: Ensure patient safety and well-being as a core member of the care team.
Care Planning: Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses, expected outcomes, and individualized care plans.
Patient Education: Provide clear education to patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and procedures.
Team Collaboration: Partner with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required
Certifications:
BLS (required)
ACLS (preferred; required within 6 months of hire)**
Education:
BSN preferred
Licensure:
Active Compact RN License acceptable
Must obtain Florida RN License if not already held
