Job Title: Registered Nurse
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR).
- Utilize AIDET communication framework.
- Conduct hourly rounding to ensure patient needs are met.
Position Details
- Immediate start required.
- 13-week contract.
- 48 hours per week, with variable shifts: 0700-1930 and 1930-0730.
- Floating to different units as needed.
- Every other weekend (EOW) required.
- No holiday requests for time off (RTO) permitted.
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Patient Care Ratios
- Nights and weekends: Total care for 5 patients, no Nursing Assistant (NA) on duty.
- Day and evening shifts: NA on duty if census exceeds 7 patients.
