Registered Nurse – ER / CSICU Quincy, FL

• Compensation: $27.72 – $39.60/hr for most bedside RN roles
• CSICU Differential: +$2.50/hr
• Night Differential: +$3.00/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Days | $15,000 Nights
• Schedule: 3×12 shifts | Days, Nights, or Mids depending on role

Overview

An acute care hospital serving the Tallahassee region is expanding several nursing departments including emergency services, cardiac critical care, and specialty inpatient units.

Applicants may be considered for multiple nursing teams based on experience and shift preference.

Departments Hiring

Emergency Room

Broad-acuity emergency department treating medical, trauma, and urgent care patients.

Candidates must have:

• Recent ER RN experience
  or

• ICU / PCU experience with interest in emergency nursing.

Required certifications:

• ACLS

• PALS

• NCI

Freestanding Emergency Department

Community-based emergency facility within the same health system.

Requires previous ER experience.

Cardiac Surgery ICU (CSICU)

High-acuity post-cardiac surgery intensive care unit.

Requirements:

• ICU or PCU experience

• ACLS

• NIH Stroke Scale certification

CCRN certification preferred.

Specialty Med-Surg Units

Units include:

• Neurology / Telemetry

• Oncology

• Orthopedic

Typical ratios:
1 nurse to 5–6 patients

RN Case Manager

Non-bedside position supporting:

• Discharge planning

• Utilization review

• Care coordination

Strong acute care backgrounds may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and monitor changes

• Provide medication and treatment administration

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain clinical documentation

• Educate patients and families

• Follow hospital safety and quality standards
