• Travelers: $2,800/week (Gross for 36 hours)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care and family support within the full scope of practice. This includes participation in the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of care programs for patients, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care addressing physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual patient needs
• Perform observation, data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide clear communication with patients, families, and care teams

Charge Nurse Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow throughout the Emergency Department
• Assign staff and manage department workflow
• Receive pre-arrival reports from EMS and community partners
• Collaborate with triage nurses on walk-in patient needs
• Coordinate with house supervisors for admissions and bed assignments
• Work closely with providers, ED technicians, ward clerks, and crisis evaluators
• Demonstrate strong communication, conflict resolution, time management, and organizational skills
