• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for medical-surgical patients
• Monitor vital signs, lab results, and patient conditions, report changes promptly
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and post-operative care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance with hospital policies
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support as needed
• Support patient comfort, mobility, and recovery
