How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead and mentor specialized nursing teams by providing real-time clinical guidance and education, ensuring every staff member is empowered to deliver excellence.
Design strategic patient care assignments based on unit acuity and staff expertise to ensure every patient—from Neonatal to Critical Care—receives safe, population-specific treatment.
Prioritize unit resources and workflows by proactively managing equipment, supplies, and physician dynamics to remove barriers to care and keep the shift running smoothly.
Champion the patient and family experience by addressing concerns with empathy and professional judgment, ensuring all care meets our highest quality standards.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
