How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Deliver Compassionate Care: You will be on the front lines, providing high-quality, direct patient care that aligns with our organization's commitment to excellence and established standards.
  • Drive Patient Progress: Lead the execution and continuous monitoring of individualized patient care plans, ensuring every patient is on the best path to recovery and wellness.
  • Be the Care Navigator: Act as the central point of coordination, seamlessly managing communication and collaboration among all disciplines—physicians, therapists, specialists, and support staff—to guarantee truly holistic and well-coordinated patient journeys.
  • Clinical Excellence: Accurately implement and document physician orders and nursing directives, maintaining precise records of patient conditions and communicating critical changes swiftly.
  • Plan for Success Beyond the Hospital: Proactively assess and coordinate discharge planning needs, empowering patients and their families with the resources and support necessary for a successful transition home and continued well-being.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.  American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.
  • Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of
    Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
