Job Title: Registered Dietitian
Job Location: Palm Springs Area, CA
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Variable depending on the business needs, but 1-3 days in-office/week after 90-day onsite training)
Salary: $33-$37/hr + 100% Employee-Paid Medical/Dental + Vision + 401k Match + Tuition & Certification Reimbursement + Generous PTO
Must have:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Science, or related
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working as a Registered Dietitian
- Bilingual in Spanish and English

Job Details
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Registered Dietitian to join our patient education team. You will provide nutrition counseling, develop and deliver educational programs on weight management and gastrointestinal health, and support patients both virtually and in-person. This role focuses on helping patients achieve their health goals while adapting care delivery to meet individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide 1:1 nutrition counseling and patient education on weight management, GI issues, and overall wellness.
· Develop and deliver virtual or in-person group education sessions and classes.
· Assess patient needs and adapt care plans for remote or in-office delivery.
· Document patient interactions, progress, and education plans accurately.
· Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure consistent and effective patient support.
· Maintain knowledge of current dietetic practices, guidelines, and evidence-based nutrition education.
· Support ongoing patient engagement initiatives and organizational education programs.
Must have:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
