Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking an energetic, personable Registered Dental Hygienist who thrives in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and is deeply committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Bilingual (English-proficient and Spanish-conversational) ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and perio charting
• Conduct professional cleanings (scaling, plaque/calculus removal, polishing)
• Take and interpret dental X-rays following safety protocols
• Apply preventive materials (fluoride, sealants)
• Provide personalized patient education on oral hygiene and nutrition
• Update patient records accurately and assist the dentist during procedures
• Maintain strict sterilization standards and a clean clinical environment
• Foster a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8-5 pm
• Third Friday of the Month- 8-2pm- Ideal candidate would be available all 4 days-willing to interview candidates that can do 1, 2, or 3 days.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Clinical experience as a Dental Hygienist
• Patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
