Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Seymour, IN

Our busy, patient-focused dental practice in Seymour, Indiana is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our experienced and supportive team. With a collaborative environment and a strong commitment to excellent patient care, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dentistry while maintaining a positive and team-oriented workplace. Our office currently has 13 team members, including multiple providers and EFDA assistants who support efficient patient care.

Schedule

Full-time or Part-time available

Full-time hours:

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Part-time:

• Hours negotiable within the schedule above

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental hygiene procedures and preventive care
• Conduct patient assessments and periodontal charting
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Assist with recare follow-up and patient communication
• Utilize dental lasers as part of treatment when applicable
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
• Support treatment flow and assist the team as needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Dentrix
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Valid Dental Hygienist license
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Dependable and team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to excellent patient care
• Open to all levels of experience

Pay & Compensation

• $40–$50 per hour depending on experience
