Redwood Dental is a high-tech, highly reviewed private practice in Boulder Creek, CA. We’re looking for a Part-TimeRegistered Dental Hygienist (RDH)- 6 Month contract W/ Potential for Permanent Placement.

Schedule
Part-Time – 6 Month contract W/ Potential for Permanent Placement

• Days: Thursday & Friday
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Temp term: 6 Months
• Appointment Lengths:
• • 1 hour recare
  • 90 minutes new patients
  • 2 hours SRPs
• Daily Load: ~7 patients/day — no rushing, no double-booking

Compensation & Benefits:

• Above Market Hourly Rate: $75/hr
• Guaranteed Schedule: Stable hours regardless of cancellations
• Completion Bonus: $1,000 lump sum at the end of the 6-month term
• CE Stipend: $300 during the assignment

• Active California RDH license & current CPR
• Comfortable with co-diagnosing and patient education
