Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full Time – Bilingual Spanish

The Staff Pad is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a growing dental team in Pomona, CA. This is a great opportunity for an RDA who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused clinic and wants to be part of a collaborative oral health team.

Schedule: 

• Full-Time
  
• Tuesday through Saturday 
  
• 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  

What You’ll Do

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
  

• Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments and suctioning
  

• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and supplies
  

• Take and develop dental radiographs
  

• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
  

• Maintain dental supply inventory and assist with equipment upkeep
  

• Support a positive, welcoming patient experience
  

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
  

• Completion of required state licensing and exams
  

• Current CPR certification
  

• Knowledge of dental equipment and terminology
  

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
