Our team can earn serious bonus paid time off through production goals:

• In 2025, we achieved production three times a week for nearly 50 weeks, which created up to 150 hours of bonus PTO for staff

  • That’s like earning about 4.5 extra weeks of paid vacation on top of your regular PTO

  • Many team members who earn this bonus typically work 4 days/week (32 hours)

• Bonus PTO eligibility begins after 90 days

Your PTO grows with you

• 1 year: 40 hours (1 week) of paid vacation, whether you work 32 or 40 hours/week

• 2 years: 2 weeks paid vacation

• 5 years: 3 weeks paid vacation

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Valid RDA license (per state requirements)

• Experience preferred, not required, as we’ll support the right fit

• Coronal Polishing certification
