We are actively seeking dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA services in both clinical and in-home settings. If you’re passionate about helping individuals with autism and developmental needs reach their full potential, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Track and record client progress accurately.
- Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RBT certification (preferred)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate attitude.
- Ability to work in clinic and/or travel to home sessions.
