Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial door dealers, storm product dealers, window and door dealers, glaziers, security consultants, and exterior home improvement companies.

  • Expand the dealer network across MD, DE, NJ, PA, NY, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, and ME.

  • Act as the primary contact for dealers and customers, ensuring responsive follow-up and ongoing satisfaction.

  • Train dealer sales teams on product applications, sales techniques, and installation methods, including ride-alongs when necessary.

  • Assess customer needs and communicate opportunities for new product development to internal teams.

  • Manage leads and maintain accurate CRM records to support growth and track performance.

  • Collaborate with internal support, service, and operations teams to meet regional sales objectives.

Profile

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials, glazing/glass, construction, or other engineered products.

  • Strong ability to develop dealer/reseller relationships and drive revenue growth.

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and communication skills.

  • Experience interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

  • Knowledge of door systems, rolling shutters, window systems, or security glazing solutions a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • Must be based in the Northeastern U.S. with extensive travel required throughout the territory.
