Job Details
Requirements:
- 5+ years senior leadership in the landscaping industry (e.g., Regional Manager, VP of Sales, Director of Sales)
- Experience in commercial landscape maintenance sales/business development
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel among branches with a provided company vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage Business Developers across markets.
- Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and activity benchmarks.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and support team sales efforts.
- Develop regional sales strategies and conduct market research.
- Review and approve bids and pricing with estimating/operations teams.
