Job Details
Qualifications Needed:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lift/material handling equipment sales
- At least 3 years of experience managing sales professionals
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to drive regional sales growth, exceed targets, and develop high-performing teams
- Comfortable with regular regional travel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and manage the regional business plan and sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Drive profitable sales of new, used, and rental lift equipment across assigned territories
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and development for field and inside sales teams
- Oversee P&L, budgets, and inventory planning to meet financial goals
- Act as primary liaison with manufacturers and vendors to maintain competitive pricing and product knowledge
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
- Conduct performance reviews, recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent within the region
- Lead customer presentations, proposals, quotations, and pricing packages
