We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pittsburgh Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives and clinical specialists in the Pittsburgh market. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on company's growth and success in this region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Manage and mentor a team of over 10 sales reps and clinical specialists
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on coronary and/or peripheral vascular experience
- Proven track record of success in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of 200,000 with an on-target earnings potential of 375,000 uncapped
