Pay: On target earnings $125,000 yearly
Base pay $60,000 - $90,000 yearly

Type: Direct hire

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Job description:

1. Drive new business development by prospecting, developing, and closing shipper relationships across multiple industries
2. Own the full sales cycle, managing your pipeline from initial outreach through close while maintaining accurate CRM tracking and forecasting
3. Sell a range of transportation and logistics solutions, including flatbed, brokerage, and specialized freight services
4. Build and execute a strategic regional sales plan, consistently expanding opportunities within existing accounts
5. Collaborate with account management to ensure seamless onboarding, strong customer relationships, and long-term revenue growth

Requirements:

• Must have (2)+ years of transportation or logistics sales experience
• Proven ability in a hunter role, closing and growing accounts
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Employer will perform testing: Predictive Index.
• Background check required.
