What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Regional Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving Nextech’s continued national expansion by building strong teams across HVAC, Refrigeration, Commercial Kitchen Equipment, and Lighting and Electrical services. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver safe, expert, customer-first service across the country.
Own full-cycle recruiting for your assigned region, meeting aggressive hiring goals
Partner with regional leadership to forecast workforce needs and align recruiting strategies
Clarify job specifications, required competencies, and success profiles for each opening
Proactively source top talent through job boards, career fairs, networking, industry partnerships, and social platforms
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using modern sourcing strategies and market insights
Review resumes and conduct prescreen interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage applicant tracking and recruiting metrics within iCIMS ATS
Facilitate offers and guide employment negotiations with professionalism and urgency
Oversee pre-employment processes including background checks and drug screenings, escalating when appropriate
Ensure smooth onboarding and conduct regular post-hire follow-ups, including weekly check-ins with new technicians
Communicate candidate status clearly and consistently with leadership at all levels
Maintain strict confidentiality and deliver an exceptional candidate experience

We are seeking a driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment and understands how to attract and close top-tier skilled trades talent.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, submitting 20 or more qualified and screened candidates weekly
Experience recruiting within HVAC, skilled trades, or similar industries preferred
Advanced knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS preferred
Strong sourcing expertise across job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Teams
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
High sense of urgency and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide a high level of candidate satisfaction
