A large property management company is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties across multiple states. This role will be responsible for managing property operations, supervising property managers, and ensuring strong financial and operational performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties within the region

• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, revenue, and property performance

• Supervise and support property managers and on-site teams

• Conduct property visits and inspections to ensure operational excellence

• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company standards

• Manage property budgets, financial performance, and vendor relationships

• Maintain strong tenant relations and retention strategies

• Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Regional Property Manager

• Must have experience managing properties outside of the Tri-State area

• Strong knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and compliance

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficiency with property management systems and Excel/MS Office

• Ability to travel approximately 6–8 days per month
