Brookside is seeking an experienced Regional Master Plumber to support and oversee plumbing operations across our Louisville-area properties. Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee advanced plumbing repairs and installations
- Ensure compliance with Kentucky plumbing codes and safety standards
- Serve as the licensed Master Plumber for assigned properties
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues across multiple sites
- Train, mentor, and support maintenance technicians
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Coordinate with property managers and regional leadership
- Assist with emergency plumbing issues when required
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Active Plumber License (required)
- Minimum 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Multi-family or commercial property experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and code compliance
- Ability to travel between Louisville-area properties
- Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
