Regional Manager

MINISO USA is looking for a Regional Manager to lead our Texas market and surrounding areas. Candidates must be based in Texas or within the immediate surrounding region.

The Regional Manager oversees retail performance, strategic growth, and operational excellence across multiple store locations, driving market strategy execution and elevating team performance across the region. 

• Develop and implement comprehensive regional strategic plans that align with corporate objectives
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis of store operations, identifying key performance indicators and improvement opportunities
• Manage and develop regional management team through performance coaching, training, and professional development initiatives
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers, district leaders, and corporate stakeholders
• Drive sales growth through targeted market strategies, competitive analysis, and innovative retail approaches
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and operational standards
• Prepare detailed executive reports on regional performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations

• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Proficient in data analysis and performance management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years retail management experience
