Regional Multi-family Maintenance Leader – Nashville Metro Area
Are you an experienced Multi-family Maintenance Leader seeking a long-term career opportunity in the Nashville, TN area? Join our client's team and oversee maintenance operations across a portfolio of apartment complexes, ensuring high standards and supporting on-site teams. This role offers stability, autonomy, and growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to property maintenance teams.
Oversee and support capital improvement projects (e.g., exterior repairs, erosion control, water intrusion).
Facilitate transitions and knowledge transfer between construction and property teams.
Evaluate and recommend products, equipment, and vendors.
Manage property operations, including scoping work, reviewing proposals, and vendor selection.
Qualifications:
Regional multi-family maintenance and property support experience.
Strong skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
EPA Certified – Type I & II or Universal required.
Hands-on maintenance experience is essential.
Proven experience managing capital projects and vendor relations.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
