Compensation:
Salary Range: $77,000 to $81,000 annually
Estimated Total Cash Compensation: ~$107,000 to $111,000 annually including allowances
Bonus: Generous discretionary, performance-based bonus opportunity.

Schedule:
Hours: Salaried exempt, minimum 50 hours per week
Schedule: Project-based
Shift: Daytime based on jobsite schedule
Regional travel required across assigned project areas

Scope of Role:
The Regional Field Safety Officer supports heavy civil and infrastructure projects with a strong field presence. This role emphasizes execution, coaching, and reinforcing established safety programs across multiple active jobsites.

Qualifications:
OSHA 30 preferred
OSHA 510 preferred or willing to obtain
Exposure to grading, utilities, or infrastructure construction preferred
Willingness to travel regionally
Strong work ethic and initiative

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform jobsite inspections and safety observations
• Reinforce excavation and equipment safety protocols
• Lead toolbox talks and site orientations
• Support hazard mitigation planning
• Maintain compliance documentation
• Collaborate with field leadership to improve safety performance

• Strong coaching and influence skills
• Organized documentation habits

Knowledge Base:
Understanding of OSHA construction regulations and heavy civil safety controls, including excavation, utilities, and equipment operations.
