About Filta

Filta, and specifically the FiltaClean division, specializes in the heavy-duty sanitation and deep cleaning of commercial kitchen environments. We act as an operational partner to business owners by taking on time-intensive maintenance tasks, such as specialized fryer management and facility sanitation, to ensure kitchens remain efficient, safe, and fully compliant with health codes.

The Opportunity We are looking for a hands-on leader to launch and scale the FiltaClean division in Nashville. This isn't a desk job—its an opportunity to build this department from the ground up. Youll start as the primary operator, mastering the cleaning and estimating process, and evolve into the leader who builds and manages the local team.

What Youll Own

  • The Launch (Phase 1): You are the boots on the ground. You will perform deep-cleaning services at client sites and conduct site visits to provide accurate, competitive cost estimates.
  • The Build (Phase 2): As you grow the client base, you will shift your focus to hiring, training, and retaining a high-performing team of technicians.
  • Operations Management: Youll be responsible for scheduling, equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and ensuring every job meets our "white-glove" standards.
  • Client Relations: Youll act as the face of the brand. We need someone with excellent conversational skills who can turn one-off jobs into long-term partnerships with facility managers and business owners.
  • Profitability: You will be responsible for the health of the Nashville operation—ensuring our estimates are accurate, our work is efficient, and our team is productive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a service, operations, or trade-based environment.
  • Ability to perform physical work and manage equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (this role requires significant client interaction).
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

  • Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year.
