Regional Director For Outpatient Depression Treatment Centers

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Director to oversee operations across 12 New Jersey locations. You will be the bridge between executive leadership and our frontline clinical teams, ensuring that every center in your region maintains the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations for all centers within the assigned region, ensuring consistent implementation of Oasis policies and procedures.
Team Leadership: Recruit and develop staff. Foster a culture of accountability, empathy, and professional growth.
Personnel Management: Daily management of all staff in New Jersey to ensure that clinics are operating as expected based on each individual employee's contribution.
Financial Oversight: Implement strategies to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth targets.
Compliance & Quality: Conduct regular site audits to maintain safety and clinical integrity.
Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the executive team to identify opportunities for service expansion or operational improvements within your territory.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a multi-site or regional leadership role. Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong financial acumen, exceptional communication, and a data driven analytical decision-making process.
Travel: Ability to travel in-person to sites across New Jersey on a weekly basis, expected on site is 3+ days a week.
