Responsibilities:
  • DriveincreaseinadditionalF&Brevenue,P&Laccountabilitytooperatingbudgetsthrough financialreportingandF&Boperations.
  • Leadcustomerserviceandresidentexperienceimprovementsthroughdevelopmentand improvementofF&BSOPsandbestpractices |driveoperationalimprovementsand consistencywithinF&Boperations.
  • Createimplementationplanstosupporttheexecution ofF&Bprograms,products,pricing andmenuchangesinconjunctionwiththeassociationboard,developerandmanagement teams
  • Assistpropertieswithpeople|talentrecruitment,mentor,train,todevelopandmanage F&B teamstomaximizeprofitabilityanddevelopaserviceculture
  • Conductevaluationsandpresentrecommendations,strategicoptionsandbusinessplans toassociationsintheareasofF&B
  • Supportgrowthandsalesprocesstocommunities withF&Boperations
  • Abilitytoworkonsitetosupportand|orcoverforpropertypositiondeficits
  • Perform detailed evaluation reportson properties to ensure communities are in compliance withF&Bstandardsas assignedbytheVPof Community Solutionsin conjunctionwiththeassociation
  • Assistinrecruiting andinterviewefforts
  • ReviewandassistinF&Bbudgetsforproperties, assessandevaluatenewproperties,
complete F&Btransition checklistsandperformanceimprovementplans
  • Review,develop,andupdateservicestandardsforallF&Boperationsatproperties
  • AssistwiththebudgetCapexbidsforkitchensandbaroperations
  • LeadF&Bstart-upprocessandactivelyassistwithnewopeningsincludingmarketing to residents
  • BuildandconductFOHandBOHaudits
  • Provideoversightandapprovalforcreatingmenuconcepts,staffingguidelines, costof saleandrevenueinitiativesforcommunities inconjunctionwiththeassociation and managementteamdirection
  • Ensureoptimalbalancewithrespecttoresidentsatisfactionandserviceexperiencewith financialaccountabilityandannualbudget
  • Provide research, development, evaluation and implementation of new services, technologyandprocessesinanticipationofchangingserviceneeds
  • Analyze trendsin serviceratings and residentfeedbackto troubleshootand take corrective actionwhennecessary
  • Conductregularvisitsandauditstoreviewthepropertyoperations|duringeachvisit,
meetwiththemanagementtodiscusstheobjectivesofthevisit,progressobservedand resultsachieved
Lifestylepartnership–meetwithF&BandLifestyleDirector whileonpropertytoassist witheventsandorganizationalprocesses
Partner withtrainingtosupportstaffinbackandfrontofthehouseareproperlytrainedon
foodservicesoperationsusingcompany SOPs and foodservicehealthandsafety standards
  • PracticeandadheretoFirstServiceResidentialGlobalServiceStandards
  • Conductbusinessatalltimeswiththehigheststandardsofpersonal,professionaland ethicalconduct
  • Performorassistwithanyoperationsasrequiredtomaintainworkflowandtomeet schedules|notifysupervisionofunusualequipment oroperating problemsandtheneed foradditionalmaterialandsupplies
  • May participate in any varietyofmeetingsand workgroupstointegrateactivities, communicateissues,obtainapprovals,resolveproblemsandmaintaina specifiedlevelof knowledge pertainingto new developments,requirements, policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Ensureallsafetyprecautionsarefollowedwhileperformingthework
  • Followall policiesandStandard Operating ProceduresasinstructedbyManagement
  • Performanyrangeofspecialprojects,tasksandotherrelateddutiesasassigned
 
Supervisory Responsibility:

Travel:
  • 75%travelrequiredaswellassomenightsandweekendsbasedonpropertyevents

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degreeinF&BManagementorsimilar4-yeardegree
  • Ten(10)yearsprogressiveleadership responsibility
  • Strong financialskillsforbudgeting |Monitoring of foodand beveragefinancialperformance
  • Strong understandingofbaroperations, casualandupscalediningand kitchen procedures
  • Abilitytoworkonsiteandcovervacanciesintherestaurant forextendedperiodsoftime untilasuitablereplacementishiredandon-boarded
  • Strongleadership, teaching,diagnosticandanalyticskills
  • Resultsoriented;working withinapprovedbudget;conservescompanyresources;knows thegoalsofthecompany
  • Prioritizesandplansworkactivities;usestimeefficiently;setsgoalsandobjectives; developsrealisticactionplans
