Lead Financial Operations Across Multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM) to support and oversee business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in Texas. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving strong accounts receivable performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting facility-level Business Office Managers (BOMs).
This position is based out of our corporate office in Tomball, TX, with routine travel to assigned facilities.

What You’ll Do
Regional Oversight & Compliance
Oversee and audit business office operations across multiple Texas facilities
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay regulations
Maintain survey readiness and financial compliance standards
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Drive collections for private pay and Medicaid pending accounts
Monitor AR aging and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances
Support facilities in improving cash flow and financial performance
Training & Support
Train and onboard new Business Office Managers (BOMs)
Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and coverage support during turnover
Partner with facility leadership to strengthen financial processes
Financial Reporting
Ensure timely and accurate submission of:
Daily cash deposits
Billing records
Census reports to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices across facilities
Optimize workflows within PointClickCare (PCC) and other systems
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business preferred)
3+ years of SNF/LTC Business Office experience required
Strong knowledge of:
Medicaid & Medicare billing
Texas long-term care reimbursement regulations
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar billing systems
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
Key Strengths:
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Strong communicator with the ability to lead and influence across multiple teams
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
