Regional Branch Manager – Mortgage (Southeast)
Multiple Locations: Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville (FL) | Charlotte (NC) | Charleston (SC)
In-Office (Location-Based) with Regional Oversight
The Opportunity
Citywide Mortgage is expanding across the Southeast and is hiring a Regional Branch Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of mortgage branches.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving performance, developing branch teams, and scaling operations across a growing regional footprint.
You’ll be leading a new division, driving growth and performance with full leadership support and a strong foundation to build on.
What You’ll Own
Regional Oversight & Performance
- Oversee performance across ~1+ branch in the Southeast region (and growing)
- Drive production, efficiency, and accountability across all locations
- Monitor branch KPIs, volume, and profitability
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and support Branch Managers and their teams
- Provide ongoing coaching, structure, and performance management
- Help build a strong, scalable leadership bench as the region grows
Growth & Expansion
- Play a key role in expanding the regional footprint
- Support new branch onboarding and ramp-up
- Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy
Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure all branches operate in full compliance with mortgage regulations
- Standardize processes, improve workflows, and maintain quality control
- Act as a strategic bridge between branches and executive leadership
Production Support (As Needed)
- Step in to originate or support deals when necessary
- Serve as a subject matter expert for complex scenarios
Requirements
What You Bring
- Active MLO License (Required)
- 5+ years in the mortgage industry with strong production background
- Prior experience managing multiple branches or teams
- Proven ability to drive volume and improve team performance
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically

Work Environment
- This is an in-office, location-based role with flexibility to sit in one of our Southeast branch markets (Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Charlotte, or Charleston)
- Regular travel within the Southeast region is expected to support and oversee branch performance
Compensation
This role offers a base salary that scales with production, along with the opportunity to earn additional income through self-originated loans.
Base Salary
$120,000 – $250,000 depending on branch production and performance.
The starting base begins at $120K, with the opportunity for significant increases as the branch grows and production volume increases.
Additional Earnings Opportunity
In addition to base salary growth, the Regional Branch Manager may also earn commission on any self-originated loans, creating further income potential for leaders who maintain personal production.
