Job Description:

Job Summary:
Eikon Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic Recruitment/Staffing Account & Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, manage staffing accounts, and expand recruitment business across IT and non-IT domains. This role combines client relationship management, business development, and recruitment delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow new staffing and recruitment business through client acquisition and partnerships

  • Manage existing client accounts and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements

  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver quality candidates within SLAs

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients

  • Track market trends, client needs, and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment/staffing sales or account management

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
