Job Summary:
Eikon Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic Recruitment/Staffing Account & Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, manage staffing accounts, and expand recruitment business across IT and non-IT domains. This role combines client relationship management, business development, and recruitment delivery oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow new staffing and recruitment business through client acquisition and partnerships
Manage existing client accounts and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements
Coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver quality candidates within SLAs
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
Track market trends, client needs, and revenue targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment/staffing sales or account management
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
