Qualifications
5 years of technical sourcing experience, with 3 years in a corporate in-house recruiting environment
Candidate must have experience hiring technical talent in the LATAM region, with Colombia preferred as this person's primary duties will be to assist a large hiring initiative in Bogota.
Experience managing all talent channels including incoming applicants, direct sourcing, event sourcing, and continuous pipelining
Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools.
Experience sourcing technical talent required.
Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure.
Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners and candidates.
Team player and positive attitudes are a must.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail and be able to work autonomously.
Candidate should have experience in a "finder filler " model where sourcers own the front half of the process up until a candidate successfully completes the first interview.
Candidate should be willing to work in a hybrid (50% in office model) - prefer the candidate in Austin
