We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive, and organized Recruiting Sourcer to join our District Office team. In this role, you will be the "first impression" of Farmers Insurance for prospective agency owners. You are not selling insurance policies; you are selling a career path and the American Dream of business ownership.

Your primary focus will be outbound calling to identify qualified candidates and schedule high-quality appointments for the District Manager. If you are comfortable on the phone, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to play a pivotal role in building local businesses, we want to hear from you.

Salary Range: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

High-Volume Sourcing: Conduct 60+ outbound calls per day to prospective candidates using provided leads (resumedatabases, warm leads, and referrals).

Appointment Setting: Pitch the value proposition of the Farmers Agency Ownership program and schedule firm interviews/consultations for the District Manager.

Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM and recruiting platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn) to organize leads and track follow-ups.

Initial Screening: Briefly interview candidates to ensure they meet the basic capital and background requirements before scheduling.


Calendar Management: manage the District Managers recruitment calendar to ensure maximum efficiency.


Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, recruiting, or inside sales is preferred.

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a professional phone etiquette. You must be comfortable overcoming objections.

Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Calendar, and ability to learn new CRM software quickly.

Resilience: Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.


Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to hit weekly appointment targets.
