Your Role Will Include:

- Talent Acquisition: Utilize strategic methods such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach to identify, engage, and recruit exceptional talent.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure sustained success and encourage repeat business.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven sales acumen or experience in high-volume phone-based roles.

- Ability to commute to our Saratoga Office or willingness to relocate.
