Recruiting Intern
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Pay: $20 –24/hour
Schedule: Flexible (ideal for college students)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Recruiting Intern to support our recruiting team with day-to-day hiring activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to the full recruiting process and is a great opportunity for college students interested in HR, recruiting, or business.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial candidate interviews and phone screens
Qualify candidates based on role requirements
Assist with sourcing and reviewing resumes
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records
Support recruiters with administrative and coordination tasks
Help with other recruiting-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable, and organized
Interest in recruiting, HR, or people-focused work
Ability to manage time effectively with a flexible schedule
