Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, safety consciousness, and fit for a production environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer extension and pre-employment checks.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks, to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and common roles (e.g., production, engineering, quality, maintenance).
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical and operational positions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including behavioral and technical screening.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, terminology, or skilled trades
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIR, CDR, PHR/SPHR)
• Experience with specific HRIS/ATS platforms commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
