The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, and engineering.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies for manufacturing positions.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and alignment with manufacturing operational needs and culture.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and pre-employment checks.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent within the manufacturing sector.
• Maintain robust candidate pipelines for critical and recurring manufacturing positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to all employment laws and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trades positions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, processes, and industry-specific terminology.
• Proficiency in modern sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Demonstrated ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit for production environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes, roles, and terminology.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates through industry-specific platforms or trade schools.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical job requirements.
