Pay rate range - $55/hr. to $58/hr.
Onsite - Madison, TN/ Seattle, WA / Santa Clara, CA / Arlington, VA / Thornton, CO

Must Have

2. Healthcare recruiting
3. full lifecycle executive recruiting

Years of experience - 5+ years

Key Project - 
Hiring clinicians; Primary care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants

Workflow - 1-2 hires a month, low volume but high attention to detail

Job Description:
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts pre-orientation for new employees.
May require a bachelor's degree and required 5-8 years of experience in the field of recruiting for specialized positions.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
May lead and direct the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

A high level of detail orientation is needed for the unique processes and steps our team takes with Clinician candidates.
Healthcare or Tech company background, preferred.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS, strongly preferred, potentially required.

Must have experience working on senior level, complex roles.
