Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least one year of full-cycle recruiting including independently closing candidates
Minimum two years in a high-volume recruiting environment
Healthcare recruitment experience required
Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS required

Job Responsibilities
This role focuses on full-cycle high volume recruiting for patient-facing positions with three main areas of responsibility:
Candidate Management & Recruitment
Manage high-volume searches for patient-facing roles
Conduct phone screens to set expectations and position One Medical effectively
Schedule interviews and conduct prep calls for late-stage candidates
Lead the closing process including offer calls and post-hire paperwork
Build strong candidate relationships and serve as their advocate throughout hiring
Leverage multiple sourcing tools for external candidate identification
Lead internal searches while maintaining excellent candidate experience
Stakeholder Partnership
Partner with hiring managers on talent searches through kickoff meetings and regular updates
Provide recruiting expertise and advisory feedback to hiring teams
Deliver skillful feedback to hiring managers and interviewers
Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve processes
Operational Excellence & Strategic Initiatives
Ensure application reviews and candidate touchpoints meet hiring standards and timelines
Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse (ATS)
Provide constructive feedback on recruiting sources and tools
Support brand awareness efforts, referral programs, training initiatives, university recruiting, and diversity initiatives
Participate in continuous improvement of standard work and processes
