Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit for a diverse range of manufacturing roles (e.g., production, maintenance, quality, engineering).
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer extension, for both hourly and salaried positions.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract skilled trades and technical talent in a competitive market.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and build robust candidate pipelines.
• Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within a production environment.
• Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data and efficient recruitment processes.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, specifically within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, maintenance, quality).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific skill requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience recruiting for highly specialized technical roles within manufacturing (e.g., automation engineers, CNC programmers).
• Multilingual proficiency, particularly Spanish, to support a diverse workforce.
• Basic understanding of common manufacturing equipment and processes.
