The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Fremont seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer extension.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the selection process.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a diverse range of roles within manufacturing (e.g., engineering, production, quality, maintenance).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing methodologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical terminology, and industry-specific hiring challenges.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes (e.g., lean, Six Sigma, CNC, welding, assembly).
• Proven ability to source for highly specialized or skilled trades roles within industrial environments.
• Experience analyzing recruitment data to optimize talent acquisition strategies specifically for manufacturing roles.
• Exposure to employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting skilled manufacturing professionals.
