One of the fastest-growing provider's of Electronic Security Technology solutions continues to grow, and has an opening for an Internal Recruiter to help respond to that growth! This organization has experienced a boom in headcount, revenue and client base in recent years - due to their elite service, reputation and most importantly - how they treat PEOPLE.
- Update job descriptions, including crafting those for new positions
- Post new requisitions using applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, Indeed, and NextGen website
- Coordination and management of the interview process from start to finish, including excellent candidate communication
- Oversight of applicant tracking system, including crafting posting questions and appropriate candidate responses
- Manage documentation associated with an applicant from phone screen to in-person interview
- Conduct initial phone screens of candidates
- Manage recruiter relationships as needed
- Maintain resume database, reaching out to past candidates for open positions as needed
- Initiate and manage reference process for all candidates
