CFS has partnered up with a growing organization and they are currently looking for a Recruiter to join their fun team!

About the Organization

  • Been in business for over 70years. During the pandemic their competitors scaled back and the got even busier!
  • Newly created role due to growth
  • They like to overstaff. 2 reasons : 1. Everyone can be crossed trained 2. When you take a vacation it’s a real vacation, you done come back to work piled up! When you are sick, someone else can easily do your work!

  • Never had layoffs! They in fact have hired way ahead of time for upcoming retirements so everyone is properly trained.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance through first day and beyond
  • Prepare and process new hire documentation, including background checks, I-9s, and compliance-related paperwork
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on candidate needs and onboarding expectations

Preferred Qualifications of the Recruiter:

  • Must be bilingual
  • Must have recruitment experience
  • Tech Savvy
  • Willingness to learn
