Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Coordinate and execute a seamless onboarding process from offer acceptance through the employee’s first day and beyond
• Prepare and process new hire documentation, including background checks, I-9s, and compliance-related paperwork
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align hiring needs, expectations, and onboarding plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual
• Prior recruiting experience required
• Strong technical skills and comfort working with recruiting systems and tools
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
