Recruiter Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Coordinate and execute a seamless onboarding process from offer acceptance through the employee’s first day and beyond
- Prepare and process new hire documentation, including background checks, I-9s, and compliance-related paperwork
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align hiring needs, expectations, and onboarding plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Prior recruiting experience required
- Strong technical skills and comfort working with recruiting systems and tools
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
