Location: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; or Tempe, AZ (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week)

Work Schedule & Onsite Details
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. Hybrid schedule with an expectation of 11 onsite days per month. Work location may be one of the following U.S. Bank offices:

- 800 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55402-7020
- 1101 W Washington St, Tempe, AZ 85281
Parking Information
Charlotte: Parking ranges from approximately $10/day at surface lots to $180/month in covered garages.
Minneapolis (Nicollet): Parking not included. Discount available at LaSalle Plaza Parking Garage. Approximate rate $6 plus tax (~$7.06) per day.
Tempe: Approximately $82 per month.

Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in candidate sourcing, outreach, and full-cycle recruiting and a proven ability to deliver qualified, diverse talent while providing a positive stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent.
- Identify candidates using multiple channels and techniques to reach diverse talent pools.
- Conduct cold outreach, including researching contact information and engaging candidates directly.
- Drive the recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Track outreach, pipeline progress, and candidate engagement through ATS and reports.
- Provide a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to source candidates through job boards, social platforms, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Demonstrated cold calling and direct outreach capability, including contact discovery.
- Proficiency in tracking pipeline activity and maintaining accurate candidate records.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and customer service skills.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and selection across diverse applicant populations.
- Strong project management capability and ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Basic marketing and recruitment networking skills.
- Ability to review and interpret data, trends, and metrics to inform decisions.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
