Recreation Cashier/Concessions Manager - Seasonal

GENERAL PURPOSE

The Concessions Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the recreation concession stand and its staff. This position ensures efficient service, quality food preparation, and compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards established by the Recreation Supervisor and the Health Department. The Concessions Manager supervises concession staff, assists with inventory and food ordering, and ensures a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment. This role also includes handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial accountability, and supporting the overall success of Brigham City Recreation programs and events.
