 Position Summary

The Seasonal Recreation Attendant is responsible for delivering engaging recreational activities and maintaining a lively, safe, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort’s activity areas. From poolside games to family-friendly events, you’ll help keep the island spirit alive all season long.

️ What You’ll Do

• Host and lead poolside games, contests, and daily activity programming

• Engage guests of all ages with high-energy enthusiasm

• Set up and break down recreation equipment and event materials

• Ensure recreational areas are clean, organized, and safe

• Make announcements with confidence and island flair

• Assist with special seasonal events and themed parties

• Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation

• Maintain safety standards and report any concerns promptly

•  What We’re Looking For

  • Outgoing personality with strong guest service skills

  • Comfortable speaking on a microphone and engaging crowds

  • Ability to work outdoors in warm weather

  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and stay active throughout shifts

  • Knowledge of recreational activities and sports (preferred)
