What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the lead contact for all public records requests.
  • Ensure compliance with CPRA, HIPAA, and related laws.
  • Oversee records collection, redaction, and response processes.
  • Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures for records management.
  • Supervise and train staff on best practices, HIPAA security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal, IT, and program teams to coordinate timely and accurate responses.
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and respond to regulatory reviews.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience (program management, policy analysis, or compliance).
  • Strong knowledge of CPRA, HIPAA, and public agency records management practices.
  • Experience supervising staff and managing cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

MinSalary: USD85000
