Description
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and internal staff with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route communications appropriately
- Coordinate conference room bookings and support meeting logistics
- Assist with catering coordination for internal meetings and client events
- Collaborate closely with conference services personnel as needed
- Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting reception area
- Provide general administrative and front‑desk support to ensure smooth daily operations

Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- 1-2 years of administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills and a highly polished, professional demeanor
- Calm under pressure with strong multitasking ability
- Eagerness to learn, be trained, and grow within the firm
- Strong attention to detail and customer‑service orientation
- Interest in DC events, culture, dining, and hospitality trends is a plus
